Job Description
Machine Operator Schedule:
2nd Shift | 4:00 PM - 12:30AM Environment:
Clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll run and monitor production equipment to ensure parts are produced safely, accurately, and on time. You'll follow set procedures, perform basic inspections, and support overall production goals.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor light industrial and production machines Load raw materials and unload finished products Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures Inspect parts to ensure quality and report any defects Make basic machine adjustments when needed Perform minor troubleshooting and report equipment issues Label, package, and prepare finished parts for shipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with general production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working around machinery and using hand tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs Safety‑focused, reliable, and team‑oriented Basic English reading and communication skills Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
