MACHINE OPERATOR
NUTRITIONAL
SUPPLEMENTS
. This role is responsible for operating assigned machine(s) at its optimal level to ensure quality product is produced. This is a day shift position, 6am - 6:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; work 36 hours, pay for 40. When on mandatory overtime, 12 hours added for Thursdays; work 48, pay for 52.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Performs weekly CILs (clean, inspect, lubricate) and maintains validation matrix Performs machine set-ups, changeovers, and cleaning Manages fault recovery process Troubleshoots machine errors Assists in component handling from staging Ensures equipment is free from any possible contamination sources Cross-trains with co-workers on other machines in department Performs the basic preventative maintenance of the equipment being used in the work areas and perform minor maintenance to assigned equipment Identifies when a non-conforming product is detected and ensure that immediate actions are taken Performs daily cleaning of the equipment and room according to the SOP requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of statistical process control Firm understanding of safety requirements including lock-out-tag-out High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated machine operation experience Proven mechanical aptitude Solid understanding of mathematic principles Ability to use basic hand tools while changing out heavy parts (50 pounds) Working knowledge of assembly and packaging requirements and techniques
Pay:
$22.75 per hour
