The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating various machinery with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing setting where technical expertise and attention to detail are highly valued. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC programming, blueprint reading, and fabrication techniques. Senior Machine Operator Minimum 5 to10 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in machine operation. Entry Level 3 to 5 years' experience
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery; technical training or certifications a plus. Quality Assurance 2-3 years of experience.
Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
Output:
Proven record of consistent, high-quality production.
Interpersonal Skills:
Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and guide others.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
