Monday-Thursday :
Monday 9:00am - 6pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 6am - 6pm, Friday 6am-3pm 4-Day Work Week! A growing manufacturing company in the Leland area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Slitter Operator to join their production team. This position is responsible for operating slitting equipment, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor slitting machines according to production specifications Load and unload material rolls safely and efficiently Measure, inspect, and verify product dimensions to ensure quality standards are met Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as needed Monitor machine performance and identify production issues Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other production duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 6 months manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Previous slitter, converting, printing, or production machine experience is a plus Ability to read measuring devices and accurately interpret specifications Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work overtime as needed to meet production demands This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment. #IND1
