About the Role As a Blender Operator on our day shift, you'll be at the heart of our production process, expertly blending materials to create high-quality plastic compounds. This isn't just another manufacturing job—it's an opportunity to showcase your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to precision in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our success. What You'll Do Master the
Process:
Set up, calibrate, and operate blending equipment with precision and efficiency Monitor the compounding process in real-time, ensuring every batch meets our rigorous quality standards Conduct thorough inspections of finished products, maintaining our reputation for excellence
Drive Excellence:
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime Maintain meticulous production records and documentation Uphold the highest safety standards while keeping your workspace organized and compliant
Take Ownership:
Work independently with minimal supervision, using your expertise to make sound decisions Troubleshoot process variations and implement corrective actions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring Minimum 2 years of hands-on blending experience in a compounding or similar manufacturing environment previous fork lift experience Strong working knowledge of the compounding process and blending operations Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Safety-conscious mindset and dedication to maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
