This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, minimizing downtime, and ensuring packaging accuracy and quality . Prior experience with our specific equipment is not required—we're looking for candidates with mechanical aptitude and machine operating experience who are eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate bagger and tub packaging machines Prepare and verify packaging materials for accuracy (labels, dates, product codes) Adjust and calibrate scales, labeling equipment, and printers Perform machine changeovers and assist with startup/shutdown Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime Inspect finished product for quality, consistency, and correct packaging Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and GMP standards What We're Looking For Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production (preferred) Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift Schedule 2nd Shift position , roughly 5pm to 3am Why Join Us On-the-job training provided Opportunity to grow into advanced machine operator or leadership roles Stable, full-time position in a growing company Team-focused, supportive environment Apply Today If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with machines and being part of a production team, we'd love to hear from you.
