In this role, you'll help keep production moving efficiently by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring products meet production standards. Medical, dental & vision coverage after just 30 days Paid Time Off An additional week off at Christmas Onsite medical care Professional development and growth opportunities Stable manufacturing environment with advancement potential Team-oriented culture focused on safety and success What You'll Do As a Tub Operator, you will: Operate and monitor tub production equipment throughout the manufacturing process Ensure candy is dispensing correctly and lids are applied accurately Perform routine quality checks and identify inconsistencies when they occur Start, stop, adjust, and clean equipment as needed to support production flow Troubleshoot minor line issues and help minimize downtime Maintain proper material and supply levels during production runs Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift Follow all GMP, PPE, food safety, and company safety requirements Work closely with team members to support daily production goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify issues Ability to work independently while supporting team success Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to workplace safety Build Your Future with Piedmont Candy At Piedmont Candy, every position contributes to delivering quality products and supporting a strong team environment.
