Duties & Responsibilities Operate a variety of multi-purpose metal working machines, ie; automatic screw machine, drill press, bore and hone, turret lathe, centerless grinder, air and arbor press, mills, punch press, etc Possess excellent math skills Perform inspection of parts by use of highly accurate measuring instruments ie; micrometers, dial gauges, calipers, etc Read and interpret blueprints and dimensional drawing Move stock using hand trucks and pallet jacks Move tote boxes, trays, bins and other types of containers as required Adhere to plant Safety Program and policies Perform counts as required Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment Understand and actively participate in Haldex Way activities Perform other duties as required by supervisor Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
