Life Insurance Advancement Opportunities $18/Hr - $19/Hr Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temp to Hire 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Rotating Shifts Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor machines to manufacture products according to specifications Inspect parts and products for quality assurance Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Accurately complete production reports and documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to supervisors Support team members with other production tasks as required Basic math and computer skills Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.
