Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking an Operator 1, Machine to join their team. As an Operator 1, Machine, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

standards. Perform in-process checks and visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify nonconforming materials. Support a clean and organized work environment by performing routine equipment cleaning and adhering to safety practices. Collaborate with team members, support area goals, and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues within your scope of role. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior manufacturing or production experience in a machine-paced environment required. Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions and specifications in English. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. What's in it for me?
