The Opportunity:
The Robotics System Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring advanced robotic systems used for sorting, flatpack processing, and case palletizing. This role ensures efficient production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. On a typical day, the operator oversees system performance, resolves equipment issues, collaborates with quality and production teams, and ensures materials are correctly processed and palletized. The role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality finished goods while achieving production goals and maintaining operational excellence. How you will impact the organization: Operate and monitor robotic systems for sorting, packing, and palletizing finished goods Follow all safety procedures to ensure safe system operation Partner with Quality Assurance tomaintainproduct quality standards Perform quality checks and complete required reports and documentation Meet production targets for speed, throughput, and efficiency Create and install pallet IDs and verify job completion Input recipes and assign SKUs to ensureaccuratejob setup Troubleshoot and resolve system alarms and operational issues Assistwith preventative maintenance and report repair needs Maintain housekeeping and complete line clearance procedures Manage materials including corrugated scanning and transport Utilize ERP systems such as Radius, PSA, and Virtual Work Ticket Train team members and support cross-functional collaboration Assistother departments during downtime to support overall operations What you need to succeed: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred Experience in manufacturing, machining, or roboticsrequired Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiencywith computers including Excel and data entry systems Experience using ERP systems preferred Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Professional demeanor and ability to work across all levels Ability to work overtime asrequired Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, see, and hear throughout the workday. The role involves frequent standing, repetitive hand movements, and occasional bending, stooping, or reaching. Employees may lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The work environment includes moderate noise levels and exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and industrial materials.
