We specialize in designing and crafting quality products to the customer's exact specifications. It is our mission to create a workplace where people feel supported, encouraged, valued, and respected. The Revive Saw Op position is responsible for using specialized metal saws to cut window parts. The work of this operator is crucial to the production of all window units and the quality and functionality of these units for our customers. Production Meet order deadlines to ensure production in all areas remains on time and of the highest quality Cut parts to specifications down to 1/32" with precision and skill Maintain safety, quality and speed in production to supply metal to all production units in the facility Maintain organization of cut metal for specific orders within each production department Accurately document production and direction of orders to facility departments Cut "rush orders" as necessary Skills needed: Ability to accurately read measurements and calibers Ability to maintain his working equipment for maximum proficiency Ability to work at a fast, steady pace and remain calm in the fast paced environment Ability to organize and communicate to managers throughout the facility on current production
