Job Description

Battle Copacking is seeking a Machine Operator with a positive attitude and wanting to grow with the company. We are a Beverage Copacking facility so this will be a wet environment from time to time. Working on the 3rd Shift or 11PM - 7AM (M-F).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to troubleshoot problems with equipment Quality oriented with materials and product Maintain necessary logs for daily and hourly tasks Master sanitation tasks fulfilled during shift Other duties may be assigned
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED or related work experience Operators are expected to maintain attendance in accordance with policy Willing to cross train on multiple pieces of equipment and tasks Required to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 50 lbs + occasionally Machine Operator Hand eye coordination with multiple moving parts. Loading equipment repetitively with raw materials. Multitask with different operations on a piece of equipment. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness during shift. Work with Maintenance on troubleshooting and diagnosis. Keep up with hourly paperwork and logs. Help promote a safe, quality and efficient work environment. Attend pre-shift meetings with team. Assist QA/QC Technicians with samples. Reports directly to Line Supervisor/Lead. Adheres to ALL company policies including GMP/PPE. Able to work on different pieces of equipment by request of Line Lead/Supervisor. Operator will identify non-conforming materials and report accordingly. Basic typing, math and writing skills. Able to work 12 hour shifts and some weekends.
