Job Description

AccuForce is seeking motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and safely operating machinery to ensure precise manufacturing and high-quality output.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on position and shift)
Job Type:
Full-time Shifts Available:
2nd Shift, 3rd Shift only (No 1st shift positions available)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate production machinery efficiently and safely. Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Machine Operator experience is required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Shift Flexibility:
Must be fully available to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
Attributes:
Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety.
