Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of factory operations. The position is for first shift. Ideal candidate must be bilingual Spanish/English Duties Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime. Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and logic controllers as they arise. Skills Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is essential. Knowledge of operating press machines and assembly line processes. Ability to use calipers and other precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly related to machinery operation and maintenance. Understanding of logic controllers and their applications in manufacturing settings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
