Duties Operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching according to design specifications Set up and adjust embroidery equipment, including threading, hooping, and calibrating machines for optimal performance Monitor ongoing embroidery processes to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available for efficient production Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed for perfect results Follow manufacturing procedures and quality control guidelines to ensure consistent product excellence Experience Prior experience operating sewing machines or embroidery equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques enhances your ability to produce high-quality embroidered items Familiarity with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations contributes to seamless workflow management Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential for precise embroidery work Previous experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrates your ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a visible impact!
