Machine Operation (Hiring ASAP)

Job Title:

Technical Operator Job Description Join our team where you will be an integral part of operating and maintaining state-of-the-art deodorant and body wash production lines. We are expanding with the addition of a seventh deodorant line and seek enthusiastic individuals to help us reach new heights of productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and manage machinery for deodorant and body wash lines. Collaborate with a team of 4-5 members on each machine. Lift and move boxes of labels weighing up to 20lbs. Change shrink wrap rolls as necessary. Perform machine set-up, change-over, and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly. Engage in general labor and assembly tasks as required. Essential Skills Strong troubleshooting abilities. Mechanically inclined with experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in machine set-up using hand and power tools. Familiarity with production processes and preventive maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing is essential. Contract role with potential for extension based on performance. High School Diploma required for career advancement opportunities. Safety training provided on the first day of work. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is very fast-paced and slightly unorganized, challenging individuals to adapt quickly. The facility is highly automated, providing a modern and efficient workspace. Work shifts include 223 schedules from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm and 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, with initial training conducted on the first shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raeford, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
