Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate standard production machinery to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate standard production machinery, such as conveyors, fillers, packagers, and other assembly line equipment. Monitor machines during the production process to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. Inspect products for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards and production specifications. Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products at the end of the production line. Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and resetting equipment as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures while working with machinery. Document production data, including product quantities, machine downtime, and any issues encountered. Work with the production team to meet daily output goals and deadlines. Report any major machine malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Basic math skills to measure materials and track production. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials, typically up to [XX] pounds. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required. #
RAL Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
