Monday-Friday 2nd Shift 3:30PM to 11:30Pm and 3rd Shift 11:30Pm to 7:30Am Hours per
Week:
40 hours What's a typical day as a Machine Operator III?
You'll:
Set up, operate, and maintain insert folding equipment to meet production requirements Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative machine maintenance Complete machine make-readies and minor equipment adjustments Locate and prepare flatstock materials for folding inserts and outserts Monitor production quality and ensure products meet company standards Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and 6S practices Assemble trays and shipping containers as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Support production goals while adhering to all safety and quality requirements Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous machine operating or manufacturing experience Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Can accurately read and use a ruler and measuring tools Are able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Can work independently and as part of a team Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Nice-to-have skills: Experience operating folding, printing, packaging, or converting equipment Preventative maintenance experience Manufacturing or industrial production background Knowledge of quality control procedures Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly
Shift Information:
Training Period:
Operators will begin training on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift. Training duration will vary based on experience and skill level and may range from several weeks to several months.

PM Important Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is required Interviews will be conducted prior to selection Steel-toe shoes are required Hearing and eye protection must be worn on the production floor Cell phone usage is prohibited in production areas Mandatory overtime may be required based on production demands Employees must be available to work every other Saturday as scheduled
