Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to follow technical instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow written and verbal work instructions provided by supervisors Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists Gather required materials, tools, and sub assemblies for production Assemble components and ensure proper fit and alignment Measure finished products to verify specifications and quality standards Troubleshoot minor assembly or machine issues and report concerns Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep equipment operational Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply management Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support general housekeeping and warehouse organization (5S standards) Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0-1 year of related manufacturing or production experience preferred Basic computer skills required Ability to read and understand technical documents and measurements Familiarity with machine controls (speed, temperature adjustments) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally (LH-ADT) #IND2

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
