Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFills in for the Operator, works as a backup operator, learn how to run the machine, works with General Production when not operating the machine. Setup and maintain equipmentOperate assigned equipmentMaintain a clean work environment throughout shiftAccurately complete all necessary production documentation where applicableKnow basic operations of assigned equipment basic trouble solving techniquesPerform additional tasks as needed to include, but not limited to cross training on other machines and/or in other areas Knowledge and Skill RequirementsPractice good safety habits and have a good safety recordPractice good manufacturing practices (GMPs)Have and maintain good attendancePractice good housekeeping at all timesMust be able to work with support groups to make sure lines are ready to start on time and minimized downtimeMust know product specifications and how to maintain correct specifications and lines speedsMust be willing to follow oral and written instructionsMust be willing to be flexibleOrganization and written skillsGeneral knowledge of computersMust be willing to lift up to 50 lbs.
