Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking full time position centered around working in our woodworking machine room. This would require experience in setting up, running, and operating shapers, routers, horizontal and vertical boring machines, saw's, and other woodworking machinery. Experience is needed. Duties Set up and operate boring machines,shapers, saw's, routers, etc. Collaborate with frame builders / assemblers to ensure machined components properly work with final products while maintaining quality control standards. Maintain patterns and equipment in conjunction with upcoming orders needed Perform routine maintenance on boring equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Use measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications. Work with supervisor to prioritize what is needed Requirements Experience running/operating horizontal and vertical boring machines Understanding of measurement tools Knowledge of tooling setup, fabrication techniques, and machining best practices. Factory or manufacturing facility experience emphasizing safety protocols and quality standards. Mechanical aptitude combined with hands-on skills using hand tools and machining equipment.
