Pay:
$15.00 Responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing educational and laboratory kits according to detailed specifications. Ensures all kit components are accurate, complete, and properly packaged to meet quality standards and customer requirements in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble educational and lab kits based on work orders, instructions, and specifications. Count, measure, and verify all components for accuracy and completeness. Package items neatly and securely according to company guidelines. Label, seal, and prepare finished kits for shipment. Inspect components and finished kits for quality, damage, or missing items. Follow detailed assembly instructions and production schedules. Maintain accurate records of completed kits and materials used. Organize and restock supplies to support continuous workflow. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy required. Ability to follow written instructions and assembly guidelines. Basic counting, reading, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals. Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred. #LIND26
