Job Description

About the Role We are looking for 3 Clinical Packaging Technicians to support clinical trial supply operations at a major pharmaceutical site in Zebulon, NC. This is a detail-oriented, systems-based role combining floor operations and documentation work in a cGMP environment. Key Responsibilities Print and inspect clinical labels for use in clinical trials, including bay set-up and line clearance Prepare data entry for primary or secondary packaging documentation in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs Use clinical labeling and packaging systems (ClinPro, PTMS, COMET, or equivalent) Complete and verify label reconciliations with high accuracy Manage label and printer ribbon stock; receive and re-order as appropriate Perform routine equipment checks (e.g. print head checks) per scheduled requirements Verify equipment set-up including quality critical settings Create and approve Secondary Packaging Records (SPR) and Expiry job packages Perform ClinPro data entry for open label, double blind, and expiry jobs Participate in Quality Investigations and internal/regulatory audits Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, and safety Assist in primary and secondary packaging floor operations as needed Requirements Experience in clinical supplies, GMP label creation, or packaging operations supporting clinical trials Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Good PC skills (email, Windows, word processing, spreadsheet, database applications) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to verify the work of others for accuracy Nice to Have Bachelor's degree Hands-on experience with clinical labeling systems (ClinPro, PTMS, COMET, Prisym 360 or equivalent) Experience with GMP documentation in a clinical supply chain environment Familiarity with blinded / double-blind packaging processes
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
