Machine Associate•Day & 2nd Shift Fargo, ND | Monday-Friday 2nd
Shift:
12:00 PM-8:30 PM (flexible start times available) Sunday•Thursday 3rd
Shift:
8:00PM•4:30am (flexible start times available) About IMS International Marketing Systems has been a trusted name in e-commerce for 50+ years. What You'll Do Run and monitor production machines, troubleshoot minor issues, inspect product quality, and keep things moving. You'll also pitch in on cleaning and cross-department tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Hands-on, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable standing 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs A fast learner who works well independently and with a team Able to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold by season) Fluent in English (read, write, speak) Pay & Perks $17•19/hr based on experience Health, dental & vision after 60 days (among the best in the area) 401(k)/Roth 401(k) with 5% company match, no vesting period PTO accrues from day one Overtime is voluntary only — we respect your time Listen to music or podcasts once you're trained Sound like a fit?
