We're seeking reliable, self-driven individuals to join our Machines Team. Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working in varied environments including both hot and cold conditions depending on the season. Key Qualifications:

Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to multitask and shift priorities as needed Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Fast learner with a proactive attitude Willing to train and assist across departments when necessary

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines during your shift Prepare machines for operation and follow loading patterns accurately Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime Perform basic maintenance and participate in training for machine efficiency Inspect in-process products for quality Spool finished products to fulfill customer orders Assist with cleaning and general production tasks as needed Why Work at IMS?
