• What You'll Be Doing:

• + Operating molding machines to produce custom tanks and components + Monitoring and adjusting molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time for optimal results + Detecting and resolving jams; making calibrations and adjustments as needed + Pouring materials, trimming excess, and removing finished products from molds + Inspecting output for quality, surface defects, and flaws
• This Position Is a

• + Have basic math skills (including ruler reading) + Possess basic computer literacy and are eager to learn new skills + Are able to lift up to 60 lbs and have reliable transportation + Demonstrate a strong work ethic and solid attendance
