Silk Screen Essential Functions:

Printing with repeatable results, anticipating, recognizing and fixing possible issues with ink and press Verify and follow all information on the MO before printing including ink color matching and verification Quality checks throughout the run Verify the proper quantity has been printed before cleaning and breaking down for the next job Prepare screen printing stencils, mixing & loading ink, cleaning equipment, etc.

Shearing Essential Functions:

Sets up and operate power shear to cut aluminum sheets to specified dimensions Adjust pressure of blade Position stops and guides to set length, angle of cut, using built-in gauges or templates Lift workpieces manually Lays out cutting lines on mental using tap measure or template Inspect work using tape, gauge, or template

Scotch-lite Essential Functions:

Place computer generated vinyl or full graphic images on Signs with Rolls Roller Laminating Table Run Scotch Light Laminating Machine Weed "Trim" excess vinyl from computer and graphic images Place finished signs onto racks

Shipping Essential Functions:

Using work orders to fill orders Packaging items, banding, lifting items onto pallets Marking, labeling, and identifying shipping items Process outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks using forklift, material handling equipment or by hand Competencies Must have strong verbal skills Basic math skills Able to stand for long periods of time as well as lift 25 lbs. or more Ability to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to substrate Operate the software and equipment used in the department Following instructions and comprehend work orders Ability to prioritize and plan work

Hours of Work:

4-day workweek, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 4.00 pm. No travel required

Requirements:

High school diploma /

GED Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
