You'll run residential and commercial repair and remodel jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision, mentor junior technicians, and deliver a client experience that earns 5-star reviews. What You'll Do Execute home repairs and basic remodels independently Lead job site setup, workflow, and clean-up Mentor and guide Level I technicians Interpret blueprints and work orders accurately Manage materials, tools, and your service vehicle Track all work in JobTread — accurately and on time Deliver a professional, hospitality-level client experience on every job What You Bring 2+ years in home repair, handyman work, or remodeling Valid driver's license — trailer experience a plus Proficiency with hand and power tools Solid understanding of ND building codes and safety requirements Strong communication, organization, and time management A coachable, solutions-first mindset Punctuality — 10 minutes early is on time here Compensation & Benefits $24-$30/hr based on experience and performance Bonus opportunities tied to KPIs — top performers earn above base 401(k) Aflac Dental & Vision Gym Pass Insurance Coverage Performance Is Measured — and Rewarded We track gross profit per job, billable hour efficiency, client satisfaction, and driver score.
