JOB SUMMARY
: Take direction from Supervisor or Lead to accomplish set production goals. This position operates a cooler system and an electronic box sortation/stacking system, all while ensuring that all safety procedures and policies are being followed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Participate as an active team member of production in assigned area. Assist in training of co-workers as directed. Perform repetitive tasks as assigned. Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP programs, SSOPs and GMPs. Effectively communicate with all levels of employees. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Attend meetings and trainings as required. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.?
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions Ability to work in cool/cold temperatures. Ability to multitask and work quickly. a.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes to the needs of production. b. Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations (less than 3 feet). Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire 8-hour shift. Must wear correct job specific PPE as designated by company policy. Experience operating a forklift preferred. General knowledge of forklift operations. Experience with electronics or robotics preferred. Computer skills are required.
