Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging products to meet quality standards and production schedules. Your expertise in operating packaging machinery, handling hand tools, and maintaining safety protocols will ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, warehouse experience, and familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to support our commitment to excellence and compliance. Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets Use hand tools and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on packaging equipment Handle materials with forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse or production area Ensure products are packaged according to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with CGMP guidelines Perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and inventory tracking Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly Assist in inventory management by accurately recording packaged products and materials used Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during operations Experience Prior warehouse experience, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Understanding of packaging processes within a regulated environment such as CGMP standards Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and inventory control Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, quality control procedures, and safety protocols This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes. INDHP Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
