Full Job Description Job Summary Shift:

11:00pm

• 7:30am Sunday

• Thursday Pay:

  Training starts at $21.47 per hour and increases to a maximum of $31.25 per hour upon completion of training. A night shift differential of $2.71 per hour will be applied during 3rd shift work hours. Training will be done on 1st shift Monday
• Friday 7am-3:30pm.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities Operate high-speed, automated, computer-processed controlled machines to make ultrafine wire products used in auto, appliance, small motor, and medical technologies.

production, requires threading fine gauge wire, measuring, performing quality checks, monitoring and maintaining machine parts such as pulleys, eyelets, bows, dies and data entry. Operators accurately label and identify products, have excellent attention to detail, an organized approach, and mathematical ability and enjoy a fast work pace. Required Skills/Abilities o Confidence to communicate with all levels of management. o Strong written and verbal English communication skills. o Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills. o Confidence to work independently and also as part of a team, and to make sound decisions when necessary. o Ability to carefully follow instructions. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements/ Job Environment o Fine motor skills. o This job requires 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses. o Ability to lift to 45 lbs. frequently. Preferred Education and Experience o High School Diploma or equivalent. o Must pass pre-employment physical and background check.
