Pay Rate:

1st Shift

• Monday
• Thursday from 5:00AM
• 3:30PM
• $21/HR+ 10-Hour Shifts OT options on Fridays

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production and quality output. Follow work instructions, take direction, andmunicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in simple repairs or adjustments to equipment. Maintain accurate production records and follow established procedures. Ad to all safety guidelines andpany policies while keeping work areas clean andanized. Identify and report maintenance, product, or operational issues promptly. Support team members and participate in training as needed.

Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates wee; manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Strongmunication skills (listening, speaking, and following directions). Mechanical aptitude andfort using tools for simple adjustments or repairs. Attention to detail with ability to maintain product quality standards. Strong time management andanizational skills. Ability to stand, sit, bend, or perform physically demanding tasks for long periods. Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential. Pay Details:
