We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our client's production team near Tilton, NH. Multiple openings are available across all shifts in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. No specialized machine experience is required—we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will support the manufacturing process by operating production equipment, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities may include:
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance Safely handle raw materials and finished products Meet daily production and quality goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Work collaboratively with team members to support production needs Work overtime as needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required Ability to learn equipment operation and production processes Basic math and measurement skills Ability to read blueprints or technical documents is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery Ability to work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels If you're looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with room for growth, apply today and start building your future with us! #IND123
