No prior experience is required Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, roofs etc Must be accountable and enjoy mild, physical outside work Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be able to pass a DOT physical Must pass a background check and drug test Desire to learn and advance in the company

Position Summary:

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians installing and maintaining gutter systems that protect homeowners' properties while gaining hands-on training and real field experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, accountable, and motivated to learn a trade while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Core Responsibilities:

Assist with residential gutter installation and replacement projects Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites Work safely on ladders and rooftops while following safety protocols Maintain tools, vehicles, and job site organization Support team leads in delivering clean, high-quality installations
