Set up, operate, and monitor machinery; perform tool changeovers (e.g., blade replacements) and assemble components according to prints and documentation.

Quality Control:

Machine Operation & Assembly:

Set up, operate, and monitor machinery; perform tool changeovers (e.g., blade replacements) and assemble components according to prints and documentation.

Logistics & Inventory:

Package products, generate labels, pull inventory materials, and maintain accurate, clean stock areas.

Documentation & Metrics:

Complete required logs, including variable data sheets and OEE/hour-by-hour performance tracking.

Safety & Continuous Improvement:

Maintain a clean, compliant workspace and actively participate in Safety, Lean Manufacturing, and High-Performance Team initiatives.

Chemical Handling:

Safely work with and around industrial chemicals, including MEK, Acetone, Alcohol, Toluene, and silicone adhesives.
