1st Shift Anodize Racker - Summer Employment Available!!

1st Shift Anodize Racker •Summer Employment Available - Must be 18 or older to work in a manufacturing environment M-F 6:30AM-3PM $19.00/hr.

Role and Responsibilities:

Placing both light and/or heavy metal products on a rack to go through the Anodize process Manually move bars of metal products from rack to rack Perform basic math calculations Perform first piece inspection on assigned jobs using Dial or Digital Calipers Perform accurate wanding and other record keeping tasks as required Interpret basic blueprints Rack and unrack extrusion and basket work Perform weigh scale operations and move complete work order to next operation Understand and adhere to lot traceability

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Maintain a safe clean working environment complying with all safety procedures and regulations Ability to lift up to 35lbs independently and additional with a team lift Must be able to stand for long periods of time Good manual dexterity and ability to use air hoses Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations Maintain open communications with team leaders and supervisor Perform all tasks as required by your supervisor Cross train to Small Press, Packing and Assembly areas if needed

Job Complexity:

Works on assignment that are routine/semi-routine in nature; limited judgment required

Supervisory Responsibility:

Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
