Set up machines by loading fabrics, threading needles, and adjusting settings according to design specifications. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Document production data accurately, including run times, machine maintenance logs, and quality checks. Requirements Prior experience with operating an embroidery machine is required Familiarity packing and shipping is important. Knowledge of Shopify shipping desirable. Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a warehouse or production environment is advantageous. Ability to operate embroidery machines confidently, with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory flow and equipment handling.
