Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturer in Manchester, NH, is adding an Experienced Extrusion Operator to their growing team. This role offers steady hours, great overtime, and long-term career potential.
Pay:
based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (10 hours of overtime weekly guaranteed)
Type:
Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion lines per production specifications Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production and product quality Monitor equipment performance and inspect finished products for defects Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality standards Load raw materials and perform mechanical adjustments as needed Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 3-5 years of extrusion or related manufacturing experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with extrusion equipment setup and process adjustments Proficiency using measuring instruments and reading specifications Basic computer skills
