In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the production of engineered polymer products. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities About the Job Looking for a steady, full-time manufacturing role with a 3-day weekend every week? Join Trelleborg as a Machine Operator and help produce high-quality rubber products used in critical applications worldwide. What You'll Do Operate molding machines to produce rubber parts Remove, inspect, and trim finished products Insert components and label parts Pack and move finished goods Complete simple production paperwork Make minor machine adjustments and report issues Keep your work area clean and safe What You Bring Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and safety-focused Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Physical Requirements Standing most of the shift Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent use of hands and arms Why Trelleborg? $19-$22/hour 4-day work week (Fridays off) Stable, global company Team-focused environment Ready to get started?
