Nashua, NH Pay:
$20.00•22.00/hour (Based on Experience) We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support printed circuit board (PCB) production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract position is ideal for candidates with electronics manufacturing, PCB processing, or chemical processing experience who enjoy hands-on work and attention to detail. Schedule Options 1st

AM Weekend Shift:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday•12-hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40) Key Responsibilities Operate equipment used to develop, etch, strip, and bond printed circuit boards. Follow production documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications. Handle chemicals safely and follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements. Maintain accurate production records and support continuous process improvement efforts. Cross-train in additional manufacturing departments as needed. Support overtime and alternate shift coverage when required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Manufacturing, production, or PCB experience preferred; 2+ years of PCB experience is a plus. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in electronics manufacturing or chemical processing environments preferred.
