  • 10:30 PM (2nd Shift) Job Summary The Mail Insert Operator is responsible for operating high-speed inserting equipment used to assemble and prepare mailings.
This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate high-speed inserter machines to process and assemble mail pieces Load paper and materials into equipment throughout the shift Monitor machine performance and address minor jams or operational issues Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity standards are met Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning as needed Maintain production records and follow established procedures Adhere to all safety guidelines and workplace policies Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements Prior manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are beneficial Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
