Machine Operator Now Hiring | 5+ Openings | Berlin, NJ We are actively hiring 5+ Machine Operators to join a premier union manufacturing facility in Berlin, NJ. This is a Local 145 Steelworkers union role offering strong job security, excellent benefits, and unlimited overtime opportunities. No prior machine operating experience required — we are willing to train motivated candidates who want to work and earn. Location 📍 Berlin, NJ Shift & Pay Rotating 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Must be open to both day and night shifts Work only 14-15 days per month on a rotating 28-30 day schedule $20.50/hour Unlimited overtime available for those who want it Job Responsibilities Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues during production Work closely with team members to maintain consistent output Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies Required Skills & Experience Manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred (not required) Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working around heavy machinery Ability to perform general labor and warehouse-related tasks Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment Preferred (Not Required) Machine operator, production helper, or warehouse background Construction or hands-on mechanical experience Familiarity with GMP environments Why Work Here?
