5+ roles available Shift & Pay Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Must be open to both day and night shifts Work only 14-15 days per month on a rotating 28-30 day schedule $20.50/hour Job Responsibilities Operate packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product standards Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues during production Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistent output Follow safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong work ethic with demonstrated job stability Comfortable working around heavy machinery and moving mechanical parts Ability to perform general labor and warehouse-related tasks Preferred Qualifications Background as a machine operator, production helper, or warehouse associate Construction or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Why Work Here?
