Compounding Manager Company Scope:

Proven ability to lead teams, optimize workflows, and ensure strict compliance with FDA, OSHA, and quality standards. Adept at managing inventory, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product consistency. A proactive leader who takes ownership of responsibilities, demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities, and maintains a high level of attention to detail. Brings solid technical knowledge of compounding processes and equipment, along with excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage daily compounding operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation Supervise and train compounding staff on procedures, safety, and compliance requirements Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, OSHA) Oversee accurate formulation, weighing, mixing, returning and labeling of raw materials Maintain proper documentation, batch records, cleaning and quality control logs Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure product consistency and safety Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain teams Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure proper storage and handling Investigate deviations, errors, or non-conformances and implement corrective actions Ensure equipment calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness standards are met Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Manual dexterity for precise measurements and handling materials Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) May involve standing for extended periods and handling chemicals Skills & Competencies Leadership and team management Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of compounding techniques and equipment Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs (as applicable)Pay:
