5 AM - 1:30 PM M-F Responsibilities Responsible for manufacturing of beadlets, powder blends and liquid suspensions. Manufacturing as per batch records. Expertise in beadlet operations, milling and blending. Capable of operation all equipment in production. Work collaboratively with other operators under his section to ensure seamless production flow. Ensure GMP and FSSC 22000
standards compliance for all batch operations. Operate PK and Ribbon blenders designed for continuous mixing and blending of powders or incorporation of liquid additives. Operate Fitz, Alpine, and Jet Mills for grinding crystalline or friable materials to specified size ranges. Operate Sweco, Allgaier, and Kason Sifters for separating and screening oversize and fine particles. Use Tray Oven and Beadlet Dryer for processing. Operate Lee Kettle and other mixing vessels for emulsifying, suspending, and homogenizing liquid products. Requirements High School Diploma and/or Trade School Diploma. AA or BS Degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience in an FDA / cGMP manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills and good organizational skills. Deep understanding of cGMP and FDA regulations. Knowledge of operating PK and Ribbon blenders, Fitz, Alpine, Jet Mills, Sifters, Tray Ovens, Beadlet Dryers, Lee Kettle, and other mixing vessels.
