Essential Duties & Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Setup, operate, and takedown all operations on assigned machinery, continuously working to maximize productivity.

Troubleshooting & Quality:

Troubleshoot machine functionality to ensure all safety, quality control, and production standards are consistently met.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize the production process.

Workspace Ownership:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, taking pride in the condition of your work area.

Teamwork:

Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and remain ready to assist coworkers when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

1-3 years of experience within a process-focused manufacturing environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

Experience or exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; ability to interpret spec sheets and job instructions.

Language & Communication:

Strong English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to follow verbal and written instructions.

Math Skills:

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication); ability to interpret and calculate units of measure (training is available).

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand upright for 80% of the shift, with occasional kneeling and crouching. Must be able to push or move up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Reliability:

Consistent attendance, punctuality, and the flexibility to occasionally work overtime. Core Competencies Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
