Job Description

Cannabis Production Team•
Multiple Openings Location:
Franklin, NJ Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Cannabis Industry We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals for multiple positions within our cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility. Opportunities are available in cultivation, harvest, packaging, and machine automation.
Open Positions Cultivation Technician Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM•2:30
PM Pay:
$19.00/hr Support daily plant care including watering, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and maintaining clean grow environments.
Post Harvest Technician Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday | 5:45 AM•4:15
PM Pay:
$18.50/hr Assist with harvesting, drying, curing, and quality control of cannabis products.
Packaging Technician Schedule:
1st
Shift:
6:00 AM•4:30
PM Pay:
$18.50/hr Package, label, seal, and prepare cannabis products for distribution while maintaining quality standards. Packaging Technician II•
Machine Automation Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM•12:30
AM Pay:
$20.50/hr Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Must be 21+ years old High School Diploma or GED required Valid New Jersey Driver's License required Must be able to pay the state application fee of $70•75 (Reimbursed at 90 days of employment) Reliable transportation required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Must meet all state cannabis employment requirements Why Join Us?
