Schedule:

4:00 am-2:00 pm, Monday to Thursday (Overtime as needed)

Salary:

$39,520.00 per year

Job Summary:

Mixing raw materials (teas, herbs, flavors) to create production blends and assist with inventory management of produced blends and raw materials.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing raw materials for blending
• Operation of blending machines
• Operation of herbal sanitizer and monitoring of critical control point
• Ensuring lot integrity
• Placements of raw material in inventory
• Will operate the forklift
• Assist with regular cycle counts and year-end physical count
• Maintaining a clean and sage work environment
• Completion of forms as required
• Adhere to established standard work for blending and sanitization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and respond to quickly changing conditions

Skills & Qualification:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with blending/batching
• Previous experience with pallet jacks on a frequent basis
• 1+ year of experience with forklift and using an RF scanner
• Must be able to lift 40lbs +
• Basic computer skills
• Strong English literacy, verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma /

GED NOTE:

This position will be in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Individuals may be exposed to strong odors(herbs).
