Print Machine Operator

UV Print Machine Operator - Immediate Start We're hiring a detail-oriented UV Print Machine Operator to produce high-quality custom prints on products like poker chips, golf balls, wireless speakers, and more. This is a hands-on production role where quality and consistency matter every day.

Pay:

$19.50-$22.00/hr + weekly performance bonuses (strong performers earn $23+/hr effective)

What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain UV flatbed print machines, ensuring accurate color, alignment, and print quality across every run. Load, position, and secure products on print jigs and fixtures for precise printing. Inspect finished products for defects, color consistency, and adherence to customer specifications. Maintain production pace to meet daily output targets while upholding quality standards. Perform basic machine maintenance including cleaning print heads, checking ink levels, and troubleshooting minor issues. Handle and transport materials and trays (up to 20 lbs) throughout your shift. Keep your work area clean and organized.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail — you notice when something is off and you fix it. Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks while maintaining quality. Quick learner who can follow standard operating procedures and adapt to new products/setups. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs consistently. Prior experience with UV printing, screen printing, or production equipment is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
